In this course, you will learn the essential components of hand drafting techniques to effectively and efficiently communicate your design ideas to clients and other industry associates.

Drawing a Floor Plan
Recording a Survey
Drawing Elevations + Sections

A GLIMPSE INTO THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING COURSE CONTENT :

This course consists of a series of tutorials, videos and exercises which explore ways of analyzing, drafting and documenting architectural drawings.

THIS COURSE INCLUDES:

ASSIGNMENT AND CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION :

In order to obtain your Certificate of Completion students will have to submit a digital copy of the following assignment :

A hand-drawn floor plan complete with an elevation.
A 1 pt perspective in a 1.50 scale.

Students will receive a marked digital copy of their assignments with constructive comments from the teacher.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Computer: Mac/PC

- Stationary: HB Pencil, eraser, paper, scale ruler, T square ruler, set ruler, tracing paper.
