WHY TAKE THIS COURSE ?
Technical skills and general knowledge are essential to designers, but what really makes a difference is his/her level of creativity and his ability to read and satisfy a client. All successful designers are creative people who can think outside the box and get into their client's mind. Clients want to feel understood and challenged with new ideas, and design firms are looking for designers who are creative-concept makers , in tune with clients' wishes.
The Design Process course will nurture your creativity and teach you how to read a client thanks to Insight School's systematic and coordinated methodology. Here are the 3 steps we follow :

A GLIMPSE INTO THE DESIGN PROCESS COURSE CONTENT :
This course consists of a series of tutorials, videos, exercises, and case studies which explore ways of recording, analysing and interpreting.
We will start with the mind mapping exercise , a visual thinking tool that helps generate new ideas.
Brainstorming through mind mapping is intended to encourage you to think laterally; progressing from a single word, to a number of somewhat connected, evocative words, to a series of abstract images, and finally, to a designed element originating from these developed inspirations.
See how our student Chai developed from the word "refuge" a concentric parquet flooring directly inspired from the oak grain photograph .
