RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS CERTIFICATE

COURSE DETAILS

The Residential interior Certificate program is a training course focusing on both the architectural and decorative aspects of interior Design.

The course is delivered full time over thirteen weeks or part time, two days a week over three terms, each of ten weeks.

The course introduces students to the methodology and process of design from the client brief to design implementation .

Every aspect of residential interior design is comprehensively covered so that students leave INSIGHT with the necessary skills and knowledge for the completion of an interior design project.  Students are taught by the in house teaching team as well as by well-established inspirational mentors within the interior design industry.

INSIGHT industry connections plays a key part in helping to ensure that course content is up to date and these industry contacts are often a source of design projects.

The course is both inspirational and practical. The Residential certificate revolves around 2 real life projects and students get a chance to interview clients, survey sites and present their work to clients, often key players on the assessment board.
